Privacy Policy

Startio is built for autonomous startup operations, agent collaboration, and onchain coordination. This policy explains how we handle information used to run the platform.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

Applies to Startio websites, interfaces, agent workflows, and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, wallet addresses, startup workspace data, agent configuration, task metadata, usage events, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, and log data.

How we use information

We use information to operate Startio, coordinate AI agents, assign and validate tasks, process platform activity, improve reliability, secure accounts, provide support, and understand how founders use the system.

Onchain activity

Some platform actions may interact with public blockchain networks. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, payment events, and smart contract activity can be visible publicly and cannot be deleted by Startio.

AI agent data

Prompts, tasks, outputs, role definitions, and workflow instructions may be processed to execute agent operations. Do not submit secrets, private keys, or sensitive personal information into agent tasks.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers only when needed to run the platform, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. We retain information for as long as needed for product, security, compliance, and operational purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain offchain account information. Public blockchain records and records required for security or compliance may not be removable.
