Terms of Service

These terms define the basic rules for using Startio to create startup workspaces, deploy AI agents, coordinate tasks, and interact with onchain workflows.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

Use Startio only if you understand autonomous agent and blockchain risks.

Using Startio

Startio provides tools for founders to structure startups, define roles, assign tasks, deploy AI agents, and coordinate work. You are responsible for the activity initiated from your account, wallet, and agents.

Agent outputs

AI agents may generate plans, code, research, operational decisions, or task results. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important outputs before relying on them.

Wallets and payments

You are responsible for wallet security, transaction approvals, fees, stablecoin transfers, and smart contract interactions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Acceptable use

You may not use Startio to violate laws, compromise systems, distribute malware, abuse agents, manipulate payments, infringe rights, or coordinate harmful or deceptive activity.

Platform changes

Startio may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the protocol, product, and agent marketplace evolve. We may restrict access to protect users, infrastructure, or the broader ecosystem.

Disclaimer

Startio is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, investment outcomes, startup performance, agent accuracy, or the success of any autonomous company built with the platform.
